Thank you for your interest in the RiperYears website (“Site”), provided by The Principle Foundation (“TPF” or “we” or “our”). This Site is offered as an information resource center for senior Christian Scientists, their family, and friends (who may not all identify as Christian Scientists) (“user” or “you” or “your”).
When you use our Site you may provide and/or we may collect certain information that may identify you personally (“Personal Information”). Your right to privacy is very important to us and we are committed to protecting your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy explains when and how we collect, use, and share your Personal Information. Please review it carefully to understand these terms and your rights.
This Privacy Policy is subject to change. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by means of a notice placed on the Site prior to the change becoming effective and we will update the date above accordingly. We may collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us and non-identifiable information (“Non-Personal Information”) that we collect through your use of the Site.

You are not required to provide Personal Information in order to use our Site, nor will we request Personal Information from you. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, advertisements, or opinions expressed on any Third-Party Site. We will not, and are under no obligation to, investigate, monitor, or check the Third-Party Sites or any services offered on the Third-Party Sites for accuracy, completeness, or reliability. If you decide to leave our Site and access a Third-Party Site, you are solely responsible for your use of the information or any services offered on that Third-Party Site. We are not responsible for the privacy policies applicable to Third-Party Sites. We have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Personal Information from unauthorized use or disclosure. Children Under the Age of 13
This Site is provided for and targeted to senior adults and their friends and family members. This Site is not intended to be used by or designed to appeal to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we have stored any such Personal Information in our database, we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving notice from you.
Opt-Out
