Household Tasks

He performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with him. (Job 23:14)

Keeping your home clean and orderly is satisfying — and a practical expression of Principle. Mrs. Eddy says that “one cannot suffer as the result of any labor of love, but grows stronger because of it” (Science and Health, p. 387). A labor of love may include anything from dusting, vacuuming, or cleaning, to weeding, trimming bushes, or mowing the lawn . . . when these tasks are done with joy.

Whether you enjoy keeping your house tidy yourself, or prefer to get some help, the resources in this section provide products and services to make everyday housework and yard work easier and faster. You can also look at the “Further Research” section in the green column on the right. It provides  suggestions for phrases to search with online.
